I had taken photos of this deer that wandered into my yard on a snowy day in February. Its orange coat was a nice, warm contrast against the dull colors of winter.

A field of yellow as the backdrop to the stars and stripes.
Beautiful morning at the farm; so much sun I added my sunglasses. Just being whimsical and giving personality to the sunflowers.
No other seagulls in sight.
While initially trying to capture an image of the Madison Train Station, I turned around and caught this image of the cupola of the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building instead. The composition was really pretty, and it reminded me of something you might see in Italy.
While looking out my window one winter evening, the color of the sky caught my attention. It reminded me of cotton candy, and I ran outside to snap this picture.
While photographing plant life during daylight hours, I saw this lone grass and played with ISO settings until I achieved this mysterious-looking image. It appears to be taken at night, but it was actually morning.

Skies suddenly clear as the sun sets after yet another storm of the 2021 winter season, photographed from the east beach of Packanack Lake.
Second in my series of landscape photos at the site of the old Newark Bay Bridge. I caught this as a lightening storm began to roll across the bay.
A morning stroll through the Grove of Remembrance. I came across some purple allium. The backlighting gave them an ethereal beauty.
Full moon in Asbury Park casting a shadow on a bike in front of the Carousel Building.
I was heading into the Wayne Town Center when I noticed the cloud looked like a tornado.
Taken from my car on an evening with a full moon.
Rainbow in the distance beyond what looks like barbed wire. Beginning of Lockdown.
In honor of Valentyna's upcoming third birthday, her mom asked if we could have a photo shoot. We met at Dunkerhook Park in Paramus, and the day resulted in lots of adorable portraits of Valentyna. On our way back to our cars, Valentyna passed the hand sanitizer and asked her mom if she co... Read more

This image appeared while I was walking the beach at Cape May on a beautiful summer morning.
I was walking on a path by the salt marsh area. This is one of the pictures I took that day.
